Elon Musk is known for actively taking part in the selection of his company’s employees. In the past, the co-founder of SpaceX, Tesla Motors, and PayPal has even taken the route of Twitter to recruit brilliant candidates for his companies.

However, during the interviews, very often he asks a particular puzzle after asking other questions to the potential candidates. Well, not many people are able to solve this riddle.

You’re standing on the surface of the Earth. You walk one mile south, one mile west, and one mile north. You end up exactly where you started. Where are you?

This question has a history in the tech industry. Microsoft is also known to include this brainteaser in their set of crazy technical interview questions.
