OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition Might Come With 10GB RAM On Dec 12
OnePlus recently confirmed its collaboration with the automotive maker McLaren to launch the OnePlus 6T McLaren variant. Now, rumor has it that the new smartphone will arrive with a massive 10GB of RAM.
If a report by MySmartPrice is to be believed, the OnePlus 6T McLaren variant is expected to make its entry with 10GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage at an event in India, scheduled for December 12.
Additionally, the global launch will take place on December 11.
While other details regarding the forthcoming smartphone are yet to be disclosed, it is suggested that the other specs are likely to remain the same as the original OnePlus 6T.
To recall, the OnePlus 6T sports a 6.41-inch Full HD+ OLED display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.
Camera-wise, it has two cameras at the back (16-megapixel and 20-megapixel) with EIS, OIS, and the Nightscape feature. The front camera is rated at 16-megapixel. The device is backed by a 3,300mAh battery and runs OxygenOS 9.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
Furthermore, the OnePlus 6T is accompanied by an in-display fingerprint scanner and the Face Unlock feature.
As a reminder, this is not the first time OnePlus is unveiling a variant of its smartphone in association with other brands; it had previously launched the OnePlus 6 Marvel Avengers Limited Edition, the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition, and the OnePlus 5 JCC + Limited Edition ‘Callection‘.
Therefore, we expect the OnePlus 6T McLaren version to be a limited edition.
