After launching the Thunder Purple color variant of the latest OnePlus 6T, OnePlus is now soon to launch a new variant of the smartphone in India.
The McLaren Limited Edition of the smartphone will be launched in collaboration with the automotive maker McLaren on December 12.
While not much is known about the forthcoming device, the new McLaren Edition is a ‘Salute to Speed’ which the OnePlus 6T is touted for.
Additionally, a dedicated page for the upcoming variant is now live on the company’s website.
As for the specs, the OnePlus 6T has a 6.41-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a waterdrop notch, and an aspect ratio rated at 19:9.
The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and comes in three RAM/ROM variants: 6GB RAM/128GB ROM (Rs 37,999), 8GB RAM/128GB ROM (Rs 41,999) and 8GB RAM/256GB ROM (Rs 45,999).
Optics-wise, there are dual cameras at the back, rated at 16-megapixel and 20-megapixel with EIS, OIS and the new Nightscape feature. The front shooter stands at 16-megapixel. Furthermore, there is support for Ai-based camera features.
The device is backed by a 3,700mAh battery and runs OxygenOS 9.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. Additionally, the smartphone supports facial recognition.
