Google Announces 54 Apps & Games Eligible For Google Play Awards 2017, Your Favorite?
Short Bytes: Google has released the list of the app contenders for the second iteration of the Google Play Awards program. The total of 54 nominees is divided into 12 categories ranging from best apps for AR and VR platforms to the apps which have contributed towards a social cause.
Google I/O developer conference is about to happen in a month’s time. Apart from briefing the developers with new Android features, Google will also be announcing the names of the apps and games which have performed better than others on Google Play.The company has announced the list of nominees, divided into 12 categories, for the Google Play Awards 2017. Google will announce the winners for each of these categories at the Google I/O conference scheduled to happen on May 18, 6:30 PM. The conference will also uncover more information about the upcoming Android O for which the developer preview was released last month.
