If you’ve started to consider a tablet as your primary computer just because your laptop is too heavy, then you might’ve to rethink after knowing about AsusPro B9440. This 14-inch laptop, launched at CES 2017, is currently the lightest laptop existing in the world at 2.31 pounds.

Asus has stuffed 14-inch screen inside the magnesium alloy chassis of a 13-incher. We already saw the hybrid brother of Dell XPS 13 in a similar avatar with its edge-to-edge display.

The ultraportable device can be a good companion for the people who hesitate to pack some extra weight during their business trips.

Talking about the specifications, it packs roughly the same things seen on machines released this year. There is an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor coupled with 16 GB RAM, an SSD storage of 512GB, a fingerprint sensor, and a FullHD display. The device is expected to hit the stores in May this year with a price tag of $999.
