It seems that popular instant messaging application Snapchat is facing a major outage as the users all across the globe are unable to send or receive messages.
The news comes after the recent massive downtime of Facebook-owned companies, including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
The official Snapchat support Twitter account has already acknowledged the issue and asked users to “hang tight.”
Users have also expressed their specific problems replying to the tweet.
While some users are able to log into the app, others are complaining about chats and bitmojis taking forever to load.
