How To Watch Peacock’s The Traitors? Release Date, Time, And More
Inspired by a Dutch show of the same name, and with a UK version becoming a great smash for the BBC in December, The Traitors is a delightfully wicked reality and challenging show that takes its competitors on a wild rollercoaster ride of deceit and betrayal. The Alan Cummings-hosted show features a mixture of 10 celebrities and reality stars and 10 everyday people. Each of these 20 contestants must succeed in challenges to win $250,000. There’s a twist, though. They’re not all working with one another. So, if the UK Traitors finale leaves you feeling empty, check out how to catch your fill out of the hit show below.

Everything you need to know
The game show itself features Alan Cumming inviting a host of opponents to his stunning and secluded castle in the Scottish Highlands to compete in a high-stakes game in which players must accomplish a series of physical and mental tasks to win up to $250,000. Not everyone will, however, make it to the end. Among the “Faithful” are three “Traitors” whose identities are unknown. In each episode, the Traitors will select one member to “murder” in the middle of the night, so eliminating them from the game. The players will next convene and vote on who to “banish,” hoping to have gathered enough evidence to identify the Traitors.
There’s also a lot here for a game show and reality TV enthusiasts alike. The cast includes newcomers eager to prove they have what it takes to make it to the end, as well as a few celebrities like former Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Bravo celebrities like Brandi Glanville of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Kate Chastain from Below Deck. Fans of USA Network’s Snake In The Grass may recognize former contestants Cirie Fields and Rachel Reilly, who came to the show via Survivor and Big Brother, respectively.
Will their time on those shows help them in this new game? Will newcomers cause enough of a stir to derail their otherwise seasoned abilities? Those interested should tune in to Peacock on January 12 to find out.
