Vivo Z1 Pro With In-Display Camera Arrives In India
Taking the in-display camera trend forward, Vivo has officially launched its first smartphone with an in-display camera — the Vivo Z1 Pro — in India.
The main highlight of the smartphone is the 32MP in-display front camera, which ensures a completely bezel-less display. The back of the device houses three cameras: a 16MP primary camera, 8MP Super wide-angle camera, and a 2MP bokeh camera. The cameras come with support for AI-based features.
The display is rated at 6.53-inch with a full HD screen resolution. To clear the air, while the company has advertised the Z1 Pro as the one with an in-display camera, it is just the camera present in a punch-hole and not the in-display camera tech, which OPPO unveiled recently.
The smartphone is powered by a 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor with Adreno 616 GPU, becoming the first smartphone in India with Snapdragon 712 chipset.
Another highlight of the smartphone is the huge 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging technology.
The smartphone comes in three RAM/ROM options: 4GB/64GB (Rs 14,990), 6GB/64GB (Rs 16,990) and 6GB/128GB (Rs 17,990) and runs Android 9.0 Pie with FunTouch UI on top.
Additionally, the Vivo Z1 Pro has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and an Ultra Game mode for easy game-play, which can ensure around 7.5 hours of PUBG sessions in the smartphone.
The Vivo Z1 Pro will be up for grabs via Flipkart, starting July 11.
