Phone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR Prices In India: How Much Are They Going To Cost?
After much anticipation, Apple released its next-generation lineup of iPhones at a special event held at Steve Jobs Theatre. The event didn’t bring any surprises as all the details and specs were already leaked before the launch.
While the prices of the new iPhones were also guessed correctly by many analysts but people expect Apple to offer some relief. Well, that didn’t happen. Apple tried to portray iPhone XR as an affordable iPhone, which is still the best release from Apple’s point of view, but it still costs as much as many other Android flagships out there.
Anyway, here’s the list of starting price of all the new iPhones announced in the US:
- iPhone X: $999
- iPhone XS: $1099
- iPhone XR: $749

If you’re living in India, it doesn’t mean that you can simply grab the device just by paying the Rupees equivalent of the above-mentioned prices. Due to import duty and other taxes, the prices in India will be much higher.
Here’s the starting price of new iPhones in India:
- iPhone X: Rs. 76,900
- iPhone XS: Rs. Rs 99,900
- iPhone XR: Rs 109,900
When it comes to the 512GB version of the iPhone XS, it’ll cost as much as Rs. 1,44,900 in India. That’s a lot of money to spend on a phone.
While the new iPhones will first go up for pre-orders from Sept 14 in the US, the Indian users will be able to grab them from Sept 28.
