Vivo V15 Pro With 32MP Pop-Up Camera Unveiled In India
After tons of rumors and leaks, Chinese company Vivo has finally made the new V15 Pro, which is a part of its V series, official in India.
The USP of the Vivo V15 Pro is its front-facing pop-up camera, touted as the world’s first pop-up selfie camera configured at 32MP. This shooter will pop up to take selfies once the camera app is launched.
Talking about the back, the smartphone has three snappers, standing at 48MP (Quad Pixel sensor), 8MP (AI Super wide-angle lens), and 5MP (Bokeh and Shot Refocus).
Furthermore, the device supports Super Night mode for low-light photography, much like Night Sight and Nightscape features, and AI-based camera capabilities.
The second highlight is the presence of an under-the-display fingerprint scanner. Vivo claims that it can, unlock the device in less than 0.37 seconds. Additionally, the device supports facial recognition.
It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset, becoming India’s first smartphone to be equipped with the same.
The V15 Pro comes with a 6.39-inch Full HD+ Ultra FullView display with an aspect ratio rated at 19:5:9 for really thin bezels. It comes equipped with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
It sources its fuel from a 3,700mAh battery with Dual Engine fast charging and runs Android 9.0 Pie.
With a Spectrum Ripple Design, it supports Jovi AI assistant with added features and comes in Topaz Blue and Ruby Red color options.
The Vivo V15 Pro comes with a price tag of Rs 28,990 and will be available via Amazon India, Flipkart, and Vivo Store, starting March 6 with pre-orders beginning today.
