Netflix India Is Offering 2 Days Of Free Subscription Without Card Details

Last month Netflix announced a StreamFest to give everyone a free weekend of ‘Netflix and chill.’ Now it is making good on its promise by offering two days of free subscription without requiring the card details.

The StreamFest will begin this Saturday, December 5 at 12:00 and continue until the end of Sunday, December 6. In those 48 hours, you can watch anything on Netflix for free. But there are certain restrictions.

First of all, you will get only one standard-definition (SD) stream access. It’s like getting access to “Basic” plan on Netflix.

Secondly, Netflix is going to limit the number of free viewers. This means that you might run into a dialogue box that says, “StreamFest is at capacity”. So you better gear up and grab your free seat asap!

To avail of this offer, you need to enter your name, email address, and create a password for your account. Using this offer, you can watch the entire Netflix catalog, including movies, shows, documentaries, and more.

This free content on Netflix can be streamed on a smart TV, gaming console, iOS, Android, and PC. However, the streaming quality would remain Standard Definition (SD).

Earlier this year, Netflix stopped its 30-day free trial in India. Later on, the free trial was removed from all the other markets.

But it seems this new free content strategy has been made in order to attract new audience!
