Honor V20 With In-Hole Display Officially Launched In China
After several official leaks, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has finally unveiled the Honor V20 in China.
The Honor V20 has its foremost highlight in the form of the in-hole All-View display for minimal bezels. The display stands at 6.4-inch and is Full HD+ in nature.
The second highlight is the use of nanolithography (the modification of materials under 100nm) for its rear side to attain an improved design for the smartphone.
Thirdly, there is the camera department as its another highlight which has a 48-megapixel rear snapper along with TOF stereo deep sensor. The front shooter is rated at 25-megapixel with AI-supported camera features.
Lastly, there is the Link Turbo tech to analyze users’ data use and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, along with download speed boost.
The Honor V20 is powered by the company’s octa-core Kirin 980 processor with Mali-G76 GPU. The smartphone comes in three RAM/ROM variants: 6GB/128GB for CNY 2,999, 8GB/128GB for CNY 3,499, and 8GB/256GB (Moschcino Edition) for CNY 3,999.
The device is backed by a 4,000mAh battery and runs the company’a Magic UI 2.0.1 based on Android 9.0 Pie. It comes with various connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 802.11 a/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, GLONASS, AGPS, NFC, Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Additionally, the Honor V20 supports a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Honor V20 comes in Charm Blue, Charm Red, and Magic Night Black color options. The Honor V20 is now up for pre-orders and will be available to buy, starting December 28 in China.
