Free Games: Batman Arkham Collection And Lego Batman Trilogy
The Batman Arkham series is a critically acclaimed video game series developed by Rocksteady Studios. It is also the most popular superhero video game series of all time. Batman’s Arkham collection includes three blockbuster titles including Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight. These games are spread across two console generations with the Asylum and City first launched on PS3 and Xbox 360, whereas the Arkham Knight was launched on PS4 and Xbox One. All three games were also launched on the PC.
Arkham City and Asylum feature semi-open world areas but Arkham Knight opens the entirety of Gotham to the players. Arkham games are popular for their smooth and fast-paced combat which is easy to learn but difficult to master. These games also feature Batman’s arsenal of deadly gadgets, using which the caped crusader takes down a lot of enemies, including men and monsters alike. To put it simply, these games make you feel like Batman.
The Lego Batman series includes three games that can be played in single or couch coop multiplayer mode. The Lego series games are not as intense as the Arkham games but they are just as fun to play. The added coop mechanic lets an additional player play as Robin, Catwoman or any other Batman series character.
