Elon Musk’s Hyperloop is Real: First Hyperloop Intro Video is Here
Short Bytes: If you were having any doubts, leave them behind as the Hyperboop is real. Hyperloop Technologies, the company which is making Elon Musk’s Hyperloop, has released the Hyperloop intro video, showing the plant where they are building this fifth mode of transportation.
Earlier, it sounded like a super-secret program with the best engineers trying to save the world. However, in the Hyperloop intro video below, you can see this new plant located in Downtown Los Angeles Arts District. The research, manufacturing, and testing- everything will be done in this 55,000 square foot area and a nearby 2.5 acres facility will be used for larger hardware.
The timing of the release of the video is crucial as Hyperloop Technologies appointed former Cisco top executive Rob Lloyd as the new CEO. In the blog post, he said: “After spending 10 years as an entrepreneur, followed by 20 years growing up in a small company called Cisco that became big and changed the world, I am fired up by the opportunity to change the world again.”

The new CEO calls the Hyperloop’s mission compelling and the most transformative mode of transportation the world has seen in decades. He told that more than 50 full-time employees are working on various areas like engineering, design, legal, manufacturing etc.
