Meet CrowPi2: A Raspberry Pi Laptop With STEAM Learning Platform

If you’re a Raspberry Pi tinkerer, you may know what it takes to set up a complete computing system for your DIY projects, smart home automation, and more. From purchasing all the required parts to assembling them, you go through a lot.

But have you ever wished to have a pre-built computer with Raspberry Pi and other parts in one place? If so, then meet CrowPi2 — an all-in-one portable and the most suitable device powered by Raspberry Pi for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education.

CrowPi2 is currently hosted on the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform with an initial fund goal of $20000. Fortunately, it has already surpassed its goal and stretched it further up to $400000. With 17 days to go at the time of writing, it has raised $337,648 with 1150 backers.

CrowPi2: A Revolutionary Upgrade From CrowPi1

CrowPi2 is the second version of the CrowPi laptop, first launched in 2018 by Hong Kong electronics manufacturer Elecrow. It includes a huge upgrade in all hardware, structure design, and customized software.

Like CrowPi, CrowPi2 also has the same goal to let you learn, explore, and have fun with a Raspberry Pi-powered laptop. On top of that, you can turn this laptop into a STEAM learning platform to learn the basics of programming, electronics, and computer science.
