‘Yakkety’ could mean a lot of things. While ‘yakking’ is an informal term for talking a lot, ‘yakkety’ could be an alternative spelling of ‘Yakety’ Sax — a well known pop-jazz musical instrument, writes OMGUbuntu!.
‘Yak’ is a large domesticated wild ox with humped shoulder and tons of hair. It’s found in Tibet and this pack animal is used for milk, meat, and hide, according to Google.
