Apple Store Down: New iPads, iMacs, And AirPods Might Be Underway [Update: It’s Back]
Apple’s online store has gone down with the message “Be right back,” which usually happens when the Cupertino giant takes down the website temporarily to update its product lineup. This hints that we could see a slew of new products today.
The new iPad, iPad Mini 5, AirPods 2 and AirPower are the rumored products that could be unveiled by Apple. The company has already sent out invites for its March 25th event, which is speculated to showcase Apple’s original content streaming service and news subscription service.
Apple usually announces new hardware like newer models of iPad and iMacs in March. With a scheduled event just a week away, this could be Apple’s way of making a statement that it wants to focus on services in “It’s Show Time Event.”
With the Apple Store down, we are expecting a refreshed 2019 iPad that could come with a bigger, 10.2-inch display and a faster processor. Rumors have suggested that the company will not bring any changes to the physical design, which means that the new iPad would retain the iconic home button and 3.5mm jack.
What do you think which new hardware we’ll see once the Apple Store gets back online? Tell us in the comments.
