iOS 13 Bringing Dark Mode, A New Home Screen, And Multitasking: Bloomberg
We are a couple of months away from Apple’s annual developer conference where the Cupertino giant company will unveil the latest version of its operating system — iOS 13. Rumors have started pouring regarding the features that we could see in iOS 13.
A report by Bloomberg that talks about Apple’s plan to equip upcoming iPhones with a powerful 3D camera for pushing AR experience also spills tidbits about iOS 13.
According to the report, iOS 13 would feature a dark mode “for easier nighttime viewing.” Apple included a dynamic dark mode in macOS Mojave last year, and since then iPhone users have desired a similar setting.
CarPlay improvements will also be a part of iOS 13. Additionally, the next version of the operating system will also bring iPad specific features including a new home screen, improvements in the file manager, and a multitasking feature.
Also, it is no secret that Apple is working on its video streaming services and has hired many popular actors for it. Bloomberg’s report also says that Apple will roll out its original content via iOS updates. A magazine subscription service is also expected from the company which will include Apple news and a bunch of other popular magazines.
Apple will allow a sneak peek at the new features of iOS 13 during WWDC event which is usually held in June. There is nothing concrete backing this information as of now. Therefore, we would advise you to consider this with a pinch of salt.
