Xiaomi Launches Android One-based Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite: Find Key Specs Here
Xiaomi has just annouced two new devices — Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite; both are running on Google sideline project Android One. Let’s tell their major features in brief:
Mi A2: Key Specs
The new Xiaomi Mi A2 is the successor of Mi A1 which was the company first Android-powered device. The 6-inch full-HD display packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with 4GB and 6GB RAM variants respectively.
Mi A2 carries a 12MP + 20 MP dual lens camera with video recording up to 4K. On the front, the smartphone carries a 20 MP f/1.8 camera which can record Full HD videos.
Unfortunately, the new Mi A1 does not include any headphone jack and includes a USB type C adapter. The phone packs a 3,000 mAh dual battery and would come in 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB storage variant. There’s also no microSD expansion option.
Mi A2 Lite: Key Specs
On the other hand, Mi A2 Lite has launched on the budget smartphones spectrum. The 5.84-inch screen is again a Full HD IPS display but with an aspect ratio of 19:9, i.e., a notched display.
Other than that the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 with 3GB/4GB RAM. The powerful processor couples with 4000 mAh battery.
The Mi A2 Lite comes with 12 MP + 5 MP dual lens camera and a 5 MP front camera. The Xiaomi phone does come with 3.5 mm headphone jack and 2.0 micro USB in contrary to Mi A1; it also has microSD expansion option.
Both of the phones come with an Android One support, which works on Android Oreo (8.1) version.
