vivo X300 Launching This Month: 5 Things We Know So Far

Vivo X300 Pro is getting hype even before it’s about to be released. Various leaks have published major aspects of its display, design, and battery, which are giving us a better idea of what’s in store for Vivo’s new flagship. The new device promises drastic upgrades both in terms of performance and camera specs.
Vivo hasn’t yet made a public announcement about the release date for the X300 Pro, but it’s expected to arrive soon. The firm may unveil it on October 13, 2025, in China, and then release it globally in December, based on leaks from a few days ago. Release for India is expected to be between December 5 and December 15, according to reports.
Display and Design

The Vivo X300 Pro will feature a massive 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with a silky smooth 120Hz refresh rate, making scrolling and other animations exceptionally smooth. The device will also house thin bezels and a punch-hole front camera, giving it a sleek, modern-looking body.
On the back, the device could come with a velvet glass finish and a sculpted panel for a premium feel. It may be offered in four colours: Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue, and Pure Black.
Camera Setup
The Vivo X300 Pro is expected to feature an impressive triple-camera system. A new Weibo post suggests that the phone might include a custom 200MP Sony LYT828 main sensor, a 200MP 3.5x telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. The phone is likely to support 4K video recording at 120 frames per second, Dolby Vision HDR, and 10-bit Log recording for more accurate colours. A dedicated V3 Plus imaging chip could help enhance photo and video processing, making it a standout feature of the device.
Performance and Battery
Performance and battery life are likely the main areas of emphasis for the X300 Pro. The phone could be powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, featuring up to 16GB of memory and a slot for a massive 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage, for snappy and responsive performance. It will run on an Android 16-based system, featuring the all-new OriginOS skin, right out of the box.
The battery may range from 6,510mAh to 7,000mAh. The phone charges quickly with 90W fast charging and may support wireless charging for convenience.
Price and Availability
Various rumors suggest the X300 series will follow the exact pricing as its predecessor. If those rumors are true, the X300 Pro could start at around ₹99,999 in India, positioning it as a premium flagship smartphone.
