Samsung Galaxy A50 And A30 Launched With Infinity-U Display
After launching the flagship Galaxy S10 series, Samsung has now announced the all-new Galaxy A series, comprising the Galaxy A50 and the Galaxy A30.
Both the Galaxy A50 and the Galaxy A30 (in the mid-segment) come with Samsung’s Infinity-U display as their USPs.
Galaxy A50
The Galaxy A50 comes with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display and is powered by an octa-core processor. It comes in two RAM/ROM configurations: 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB, expandable up to 512GB via microSD card.
The camera department is another highlight of the smartphone with a triple-camera module at the back (25MP, 5MP, and 8MP) and a 25MP front camera. The device supports AI-enabled camera features, Selfie focus feature, and Bixby Vision.
The smartphone gets its fuel from a 4,000mAh battery with fast charging and runs Android 9.0 Pie.
Additionally, the Galaxy A50 supports an in-display fingerprint scanner, Samsung Pay, and facial recognition.
Galaxy A30
The Galaxy A30 has the same display and battery capacity as the Galaxy A50 and runs Android 9.0 Pie.
However, it comes with two cameras at the back (16MP and 5MP) and a 16MP front camera. Powered by an octa-core processor, the Galaxy A30 has two RAM/ROM options: 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB.
Additionally, the smartphone is accompanied by a fingerprint sensor at the back, facial recognition, and Samsung Pay.
However, there is no word on the availability and price details at the moment.
