Call Of Duty Warzone Season 6 Arrives With A Ton Of New Features

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone finally released Season 6 today at 11 AM IST. The new season brings Update 1.27, a 20 GB download with an array of new features.

One of the biggest highlights of the new season is the highly anticipated Verdansk Subway System, which allows players to fast-travel across the map’s various locations. As per the rumors, players would only be able to use the subway train when not engaged in a firefight.

The latest update also brings new in-game characters, Farah and Nikolai, to add to the lineup. Weapons such as SP-R 208 and AS VAL are also being introduced with the new Battle Pass. Moreover, the Season 6 update comes with new maps for each type of combat.

This boost to in-game content is sure to keep players engaged in Activision’s mega-popular multiplayer first-person shooter.

When it comes to new game modes, ‘Armored Royale’ and ‘Killstreak Confirmed’ are also a part of Season 6. Armored Royale is a time-limited mode, pitting squads against each other in an armored truck showdown. Whereas, Killstreak Confirmed is similar to Kill Confirmed (a game mode in which you get points for collecting dog tags after every kill), except it focuses on the consecutive kills you rack up in the match.

As the Season 6 unfolds, more game modes such as Headquarters: Firefight, Gun Fight Team Deathmatch, and Hardpoint: Hills & Kills will also arrive in the game.

Also, Call of Duty Mobile Warzone Season 6 will receive a Halloween-themed event called ‘Haunting of Verdansk.’ This event will be available for players between Oct 20–Nov 3. Knowing Call Of Duty’s history, it is likely that this event will throw zombies into the mix.
