Samsung Z Fold3 Leaked Yet Again: In-Display Camera And S Pen Support Confirmed
We’ve seen a lot of leaks and rumors about Samsung’s upcoming foldable devices. Yesterday, it was the Galaxy Z Flip3 that leaked in four color options. The Z Fold3’s press images leaked a week ago, and we have another set of gorgeous renders that showcase the device’s in-display camera ahead of launch.
S Pen And In-Display Camera Confirmed (Almost)
There were rumors that Samsung might launch the Z Fold3 with an in-display selfie camera, and judging from the leaked images, this might turn out to be true.
In the leaked renders from the previous leaks, a front punch hole camera was clearly visible at the device’s front. However, in this leak, there’s no visible front camera. It could also be such that when the camera is active, it looks like what’s visible in the renders.
The renders come from a popular and reputable leakster, OnLeaks. Compared to the Z Fold2, there’s no significant change in the design language but the camera design at the back. The phone will also have support for the S Pen.
Galaxy Z Fold3 Specs
The Z Fold3 is expected to be thinner and lighter than its predecessor. Its dimensions are 158.1 x 64.8 x 14.5 mm. Bear in mind that the phone’s width when folded is 15.6 mm, along with the camera bump.
When unfolded, the Z Fold3 has a thickness of 6.6 mm or 7.7 mm, including the camera bump. These dimensions might make the phone the thinnest foldable device in the world.
The display, when unfolded, is a 7.5-inch AMOLED panel capped at a 120Hz refresh rate. The front display is the same size as the Z Fold2’s. At the back, we can see a triple camera setup and an LED flash. Compared to Z Fold2’s Note 20-like camera bump, the camera on this one looks much cleaner.
The camera or the device’s specifications are unknown as of now, but do keep an eye on the blog for more news surrounding the device.
