Microsoft Plans To Give You Electric Shock On Each Notification

While some innovations are great, some others are just shocking. Microsoft has recently filed a patent for its indigenous system where a “wearable computer has a skin-stimulating interface” and the user, that being you, will be notified by “providing electrical stimuli to skin of a user to convey information to the user”.

Any guesses what it is!! Yeah, a smartwatch that will run the electric current through your body each time you get pinged. As if we already don’t have enough to deal with. I’m not sure if this is one of Microsoft’s attempt to make our life electrifying, or something else.

The patent is just filed and with the current genre of normal humans, the ‘shocking’ idea of Microsoft might take some time to materialize.

The patent explains the system services in case of getting an email or a text message and suggests its further use by informing people about their health, posture and navigation. Can’t a simple vibration or beep do the same?

Well, after the huge success of Windows 10 and its over the top features, the expectations from Microsoft are high. Anyhow, if you happen to be a proud owner of any such technology in future, get ready for  a shock therapy whenever you lean against a wall, or God forbid, take a wrong turn.
