Honor Magic 2 3D With 3D Front Camera & Graphene Cooling Launched
As teased previously, Honor has unveiled a new variant of the Honor Magic 2, dubbed the Honor Magic 2 3D in China.
The Magic 2 3D comes with a 3D front camera sensor as its highlight, replacing the 2MP depth sensor found in the Magic 2, for enhanced 3D scanning and secure facial recognition even in low-light conditions.
The smartphone has a slider design and when the slider is pushed three front cameras (16MP, 2MP, and 2MP) pop up. The back also has a triple-camera module, rated at 16MP, 16MP, and 24MP).
Another highlight is the presence of graphene heat pipe which helps in better heat dissipation for a seamless smartphone experience even during prolonged usage.
The slider design provides for a bezel-less display experience spanning 6.39-inch. The AMOLED screen is Full HD+ in nature.
The smartphone is powered by a Kirin 980 processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of inbuilt storage. It is backed by a 3,500mAh battery with 40W fast charging and runs Magic UI 2.0 based on Android 9.0 Pie.
Additionally, the smartphone has an in-display fingerprint scanner. Interestingly, there is no 3.5mm headphone jack and microSD slot.
