Apple iPhone XI Leaked Renders Show An Ugly Triple Camera Setup
As we have stepped into 2019, rumors for this year’s iPhone iteration have started building up. The first entry is that of a leaked render, hinting at what the future iPhone model could look like.
According to a report by Digit, in collaboration with popular leakster OnLeaks, the upcoming iPhones are expected to feature triple cameras at the back, arranged in a square module at the top left corner.
The leaked renders of the 2019 iPhone or the supposed iPhone XI suggest that the camera module will contain three cameras arranged randomly (which kicks in my OCD) with LED flash and microphone. The design exudes a hint of acquired taste and doesn’t match with Apple’s original design theme.
While it’s a bit early to have concrete details at the moment, the report suggests that 2019 will also see three new iPhone models; successors to the iPhone XR, the iPhone XS, and the iPhone XS Max.
However, there is no word as to which iPhone model will come with three cameras.
Furthermore, the 2019 iPhones are likely to feature the TOF or Time Of Flight feature to capture 3D image of an object, much like the OPPO R17 Pro. The feature works by pointing out laser beams at the subject and recording the time taken by the lasers to bounce by, eventually creating the 3D image.
Even though the leaked design appears rather odd and definitely not a good-looking one, the entry of three cameras is something the iPhone enthusiasts might want to see.
As the 2019 iPhone lineup is still in the testing phase, more changes are expected to be added, thus, the renders can’t be deemed concrete as of now.
Therefore, stay tuned to Fossbytes for more information on this year’s iPhones.
