Elon Musk Voted Most Admired Leader In Tech, Beats Mark Zuckerberg And Steve Jobs
Short Bytes: According to a recent survey, Tesla founder and CEO Elon Musk has been voted the most admired leader in tech. Musk won with 23 percent votes, followed by Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, and Steve Jobs.
The venture firm First Round Capital has released the results of its annual State of Startups survey. This survey polled 700 startup founders, who belonged to different industries.The result of the survey had an impressive result that’s bound to make the admirers of Elon Musk, Tesla founder and CEO, happy. Musk grabbed 23 percent of the vote, winning the title of the Silicon Valley’s most admired tech leader.
Musk was followed by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, who got 10 percent votes. The 3rd and 4th positions were secured by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg with 6 percent votes and Steve Jobs with 5 percent votes, respectively.
Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg was recognized as the most admired woman. However, she was able to gather just one percent of the overall vote.
It’s worth noting that just last month, Musk got a similar title in a different survey, CB Insights — The Most Admired Tech CEO.
