The chips are expected to be under production by the fourth quarter of 2022. This means we’re most likely to see a 3nm chip in the 2023 Mac and iPhone lineup.
The chip’s production date means that the iPhone 14 will miss out on the chip in a matter of months. It also means that Macs will be the first Apple devices to come with a 3nm M3 chip. You can expect a revamped 27-inch iMac and a Mac Pro to pack the boosted M1 Max chip for the 2022 Apple lineup,
