Apple Could Launch 14.1 inch MacBook Pro & 5 New Mini LED Products In 2020
The beginning of 2020 was not so good for the tech and automobile giants. Coronavirus has already affected the production of companies like Apple and Tesla on a large scale.
However, as per the latest report by MacRumors, Apple is soon going to launch six mini-LED products in 2020 and the first half of 2021. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has sent new notes to the investors regarding the production of the mini-LED products. It says that the production is not expected to be delayed by the coronavirus.
As per the research note shared by Ming-Chi Kuo, the company has started working on a 27-inch iMac Pro, 16-inch MacBook Pro, 14.1-inch MacBook Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro, 10.2-inch iPad, and a 7.9-inch iPad mini. All the mentioned products will come with mini-LED displays.
Previously, Kuo had stated Apple has plans to launch Mini-LED display products. He said that Apple wants to launch an iPad Pro in the third quarter of 2020 and a MacBook Pro in the fourth quarter of 2020.
He said in the research note that the research and development team for mini LED was unaffected by the coronavirus outbreak.
The production of Mini-LED products is expected to increase on a large scale. Meanwhile, Kuo’s note clearly states that a new mini-LED version of iMac Pro will be seen for the first time after the product’s release in 2017.
iPad mini received updates last year in March, including the latest chipset and Apple pencil support. This year, it is expected that the Apple iPad Mini will come equipped with the latest processor and an improved design.
