ASUS ROG Phone 2 Confirmed To Feature A 120Hz Display
ASUS is soon to launch its next-gen gaming smartphone, called the ROG Phone 2, for which the rumor mill is in overdrive. The latest one is an official confirmation by the company, giving out information on one of the features of the gaming phone.
According to a post by the company via Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo, the ASUS ROG Phone 2 will come with a 120Hz refresh rate, after the existing Razer and Razer 2 gaming phones.
The 120Hz display would mean better and smooth display performance, which is a crucial element needed in a gaming phone.
Additionally, ASUS will collaborate with Tencent’s Under The One Man game for the ROG Phone 2.
While details regarding the forthcoming gaming phone are scarce, it is suggested that the ROG Phone 2 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and could sport dual rear cameras.
It is expected to come with a better gaming performance and is likely to officially launch in July. As we lack concrete details, stay tuned for more details.
