Long-time Brave users would remember that the company first got into AI results in 2023 with the AI summarization feature. Building on this foundation, Answer with AI aims to revolutionize search results by replacing traditional listings with concise summaries tailored to users’ queries.
Available on both mobile and desktop apps in French, English, German, Spanish, and Italian, this feature uses the Mixtral 8x7B and Mistral 7B AI models to generate informative summaries with bullet points, making information more accessible to users.
Additionally, Brave claims that the feature provides up-to-date results and enhances privacy by eliminating the need to visit external websites and accept cookies.

How to disable “Answer with AI”?
