Firefox Quantum Gets New Update For ‘Full Dark Mode’ And More
Mozilla has released a new update to its Firefox Quantum browser, following an update that was released back in May this year.
The latest update has brought in new features to the browser that include the ability to have the dark mode for all the sections of the website. This will be applicable to texts, sidebars, and even toolbars.
With this update, Mozilla has made a list of recommended extensions for users’ ease. The list will be available on the Get Add-ons page of the Firefox Add-ons Manager. Additionally, users will be able to report extensions deemed bad or derogatory.
Firefox for iOS has also received two new features:
- “Recently Bookmarked” option in the Bookmarks section along with the ability to edit bookmarks
- Option to set websites to “always open” in desktop mode for ease of usage. This feature also comes with a badge for identifying websites that are viewed in desktop mode.
In addition to this, Firefox has added new policies for IT managers, making the experience better for them. You can take a look at the new policies over here.
The new Firefox update is available for Firefox Quantum for desktop, iOS, and enterprise.
