ASUS Launches Drop Zone Service at Exclusive Stores

To make repairs more accessible, ASUS has launched a new Drop Zone program at its exclusive stores. Under the scheme, you can drop a laptop for repair without visiting a service center. It’s a considerate move and a kind gesture towards better after-sales support.
The service has been launched in key cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Nagpur, Kolkata, and Coimbatore, and the company plans to expand it soon to other locations, including tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Additionally, ASUS offers support via phone, email, chat, the MyASUS app, and YouTube for users who prefer self-help.
How the Drop Zone Service Works
The ASUS Drop Zone service is designed to get the repair step done as quickly and simply as possible, particularly for users still under warranty. This is how it works:
- Customers bring their ASUS laptops to the Drop Zone, where an ASUS staff member checks them for any physical damage or basic software issues.
- After the quick check, the staff hands over a job sheet to the customer and securely sends the laptop to the service center.
- Once the service team examines and fixes the laptop, it is returned to the same Drop Zone location.
- The customer is notified and can collect the repaired device by showing the job sheet. If the job sheet is missing, the regular service center terms will apply.
By adding Drop Zones to its stores, ASUS is showing that good service doesn’t end after a purchase. For small or major repairs, customers now have an easier way to stay connected to their ASUS devices.
