OPPO F33, F33 Pro India Launch Expected in April: Price, Specs, Features
OPPO’s F-series has always been at the top of the list for people looking for a mid-range phone with extreme durability to withstand the harshest of places. Keeping up with that momentum, OPPO F33 and OPPO F33 Pro are expected to launch in the third week of April, bringing upgrades over last year’s F31 series. While OPPO hasn’t officially confirmed anything yet, early details suggest the new lineup will continue to focus on durability, battery life, and performance, with a noticeable bump in specs. Here’s everything we know so far.
What Do the Leaks Say?
Leaked marketing material also hints at a design refresh. The F33 Pro could ditch the circular camera module from the F31 Pro in favor of a square-shaped camera layout, alongside new color options like blue and red. As for the standard F33, details are still scarce, but it’s expected to mirror the Pro’s core philosophy—just with slightly toned-down specs to hit a lower price point.
The OPPO F33 Pro appears to be the more interesting of the two, at least on paper. Leaks point to a 6.57-inch AMOLED display, paired with an IP69-rated design for better dust and water resistance. Under the hood, the phone is tipped to run on a MediaTek chipset. While details on the specific processor are still under wraps, it’ll most definitely be an upgrade over its predecessor.
Camera-wise, the device could feature a 50MP primary sensor with a 2MP depth lens, while selfies might get a significant upgrade with a 50MP front camera. Battery life is expected to remain a major highlight, with a 7,000mAh battery and 80W fast charging reportedly returning.
The previous F31 series launched under Rs 25,000, but that might change this time around due to the AI RAM shortage. Based on current trends and leaks, the OPPO F33 series is expected to land in the Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000 segment.
