Nintendo Switch gaming console could get YouTube app by the next week.

If reports from ResetEra is to be believed, YouTube is planning to make a debut for Nintendo Switch. YouTube app has been spotted in the Switch Game recommendations section in the official Nintendo website. The listing also shows the release date as November 8.

ResetEra also shared a tweet of a French website named NintendHOME that tweeted an image of the poster of the YouTube app listed under the recommended section of the Nintendo’s website.

Nintendo Switch supports just Hulu and NicoNico as video streaming apps as of now. The hybrid console users have long demanded other video streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube.

With this news, one of their wishes will be coming true in the next few days. There are also some rumors that Netflix app could also be soon released for Nintendo Switch.

The console is meant for gaming. However, with the YouTube app, it will become a complete entertainment device.

To bring some credibility to these rumors, the final title of the upcoming Yoshi Game for Nintendo Switch named Yoshi’s Crafted World was also leaked similarly. We will have to wait till the next Thursday to see whether the rumor is true or not.
