In its Surface event, Microsoft has introduced a new application that will allow Android users to view and mirror any app installed on their smartphone on their Windows 10 device.
Dubbed as app mirroring by Microsoft, the Your Phone App is an attempt to integrate mobile phone ecosystem with Windows. The demo of the application included a person accessing native text messaging application and photos app on a Windows 10 desktop.
The app supports Android devices for mirroring applications, and as far as iOS users are concerned, Microsoft has said that they will be able to transfer web pages from iPhone to a Windows 10 desktop.

Initially, the app will be launched with the functionality for Photos and Text messaging app, and soon a feature-rich app for Android device will be released. Microsoft has not made it clear whether any such fully featured app will be launched for iOS or not.
The app will be available in the Windows 10 October update, and you can download it from here.
