Xiaomi’s POCO F1 Gets Stable Android Pie Update


Xiaomi has announced an upgrade to MIUI 10-based on Android Pie for Pocophone F1 well ahead of other smartphones.

The beta testing of Android Pie update for Poco F1 had begun last month to allow users to test the firmware for themselves. But now that the stable version is available, users don’t have to wait anymore to taste the latest Android’s latest dessert.

The changelog for the MIUI 10 update includes Android Pie, Google Lens functionality within the camera app, Android Auto fixes, and microphone bug fixes. In addition to these, the update also brings the November security patch.

The Pocophone F1 has received a lot of attention after its release owing to its premium specs and low price tag. The smartphone has sold over 700,000 units in the first 3 months itself, and it isn’t hard to understand why.
