As you might know, the next Windows 10 feature update of 20H1 has reached RTM with the build number 19041.84. Now, Microsoft has also released the official ISO files for the 20H1 RTM build, the company announced via its Windows Insider Twitter handle.

Interested users have been testing out the new update in the Slow Insider ring since December 2019. But the latest ISO files allow users to perform a clean install of the Insider build 19041 on their PCs.

How to download Windows 10 1904 ISO?

To download the latest ISO file, visit the Windows Insider program website and login with your Microsoft account. Then, scroll down and choose “Windows 10 Insider Preview (SLOW) – Build 19041” from the Select edition drop-down menu and click on Confirm. Make sure you are subscribed to the Insider program via your MS account.

Next, pick your preferred language and click on Confirm. It’ll take a few minutes for the validation process to finish before the download begins. However, keep an eye on it, as reported by a few users, the validation process tends to get stuck for hours. In that case, you might have to follow all the steps again.

It seems that visiting the Windows Insider page in the Settings app is a more feasible option here.

Insider Preview builds known to be unstable; hence, expect ups and downs while using this one. That being said, as per my past experience, the build seems to be somewhat stable, and you may not face many problems in daily usage. However, do remember to back up your data before installing the update.

Otherwise, you can wait for the stable build of Windows 10 version 2004, which we expect to release sometime in April. The feature update is expected to come loaded with lots of useful features, including Cloud Download, automatic app restart, and more.
