Which iPhones Are Affected By Pegasus?
In its report, Amnesty has named the iPhone 11 and 12 among the list of iPhones affected by Pegasus. Aside from these, the iPhone 6S and the iPhone SE 2 have also made it to the vulnerable devices list.
While all iPhones have iOS in common, some iPhone models are confirmed to be vulnerable to a Pegasus infection. All of these models have been cited in reports of Pegasus infections. 13 out of the 23 iPhones tested by Amnesty were exposed via a zero-click vulnerability on iMessage. As concerning as it is, Apple has also given a statement to defend the iPhone against Pegasus.
