2. All of Us Are Dead: Season 1

In another take on the classic zombie plot, this South Korean coming of the age zombie apocalypse horror series stars many popular South Korean stars with the likes of Squid Game star Lee Yoo-mi. ‘All of Us Are Dead‘ takes place in a South Korean school, which is ground zero to a zombie outbreak. With that being said, Netflix’s ‘All of Us Are Dead’ should be on your list for the weekend.

3. Space Force: Season 2

This Netflix workplace comedy is definitely on our ‘what to watch this weekend list.’ The Space Force focuses on a group of individuals tasked with establishing the United States Space Force. Featuring the legendary comic Steve Carell, along with friends star Lisa Kudrow, Space Force provides funny and satirical insights into the plot.

4. Raising Dion

‘Raising Dion’ is a new take on the fictional superhero genre, featuring a widowed mom who takes care of her son Dion after his father’s death. However, this Netflix drama takes a u-turn when Dion shows superhero abilities. While Raising Dion made its debit in 2019, the show gained popularity with its season 2, which came out in February 2022. For such an interesting take on the usual superhero theme, Raising Dion is a must-watch and should be on your ‘what to watch this weekend on Netflix’s list.’

5. Disenchantment: Season 2 (Part 2)

From Matt Groening, the creator of The Simpsons comes ‘Disenchantment.’ The series is about a fictional patriarchal medieval European kingdom called Dreamland. The plot of Disenchantment features Bean, a rebellious and alcoholic princess, with traits of fearlessness and selflessness. The show offers light-hearted comedy and satire. 2. Through My Window

A recently released RomCom movie on Netflix, ‘Through My Window,’ is based on a book of the same name by Adriana Godoy. While the movie features the usual love story, it delivers something more and leaves an impression on the viewers. All in all, ‘Through My Window’ is a good weekend watch on Netflix if you’re into RomComs.

3. The Power of the Dog

‘The Power of the Dog’ is for the cine buffs who love good cinema; the movie has 12 Academy Award nominations, which tells a lot about it. ‘The Power of the Dog’ is a psychological thriller set in the wild west. The movie is based on the 1967 novel of the same name by Thomas Savage and stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Kristen Dunst, and Jesse Plemons. ‘Child of Kamiari Month’ is a 2021 Japanese anime movie featuring a supernatural fantasy mood. The movie features a young girl named Kanna, who loves running.
