When you think about the year’s biggest films, chances are Black Panther: Wakanda Forever comes to mind. The 30th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe paid tribute to the star of the original Black Panther film, Chadwick Boseman, and set the stage for a new hero to carry on T’Challa’s incredible legacy.

It has since become one of the most popular movies of 2022, collecting $841 million at the box office and gaining some major award acclaim, with Angela Bassett becoming the first performer to be nominated for an Academy Award for their work in an MCU film. The film is now available on Disney Plus, where it will be appreciated by a whole new audience. If you’re excited to watch it for the first time – or rewatch it – here’s when Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will be released in your area.

When will Black Panther: Wakanda Forever release on Disney+?

And two weeks later, on Wednesday, February 22, Disney+ will debut a documentary series titled Voices Rising: The Music of Wakanda Forever, which will also celebrate the sequel.
