American electric vehicle manufacturer Fisker Inc. recently revealed an off-road package for its Fisker Ocean electric SUV. The all-electric Force-E package doesn’t state that directly, but it aims to transform the Fisker Ocean into an affordable Tesla Cybertruck killer. Bold ambitions, I’d say.
The off-road version of the Fisker electric SUV is already gaining attention from automotive enthusiasts all over the world. The new Force-E package administers off-road capabilities in the Fisker Ocean SUV. And analysts aren’t hesitant to compare it to the Tesla Cybertruck.
The Force-E package, as the company says, is an “extreme off-road” modification set for the Fisker Ocean electric SUV.
The base model of the Fisker Ocean electric SUV can deliver more than 300 horsepower with an All-Wheel-Drive powertrain. However, according to Forbes, the new Force-E package will add more torque to the off-road SUV.
Images on social media also suggest a major exterior overhaul for Force-E as well.
Here’s an image of the new off-roader electric SUV the company posted on their Instagram handle.

The above image posted by the EV maker hints at an inbuilt water tank in the Force-E model. Most users guessed it was behind the front grill, under the number plate.
Changes In Fisker Ocean Force-E: Affordable Tesla Cybertruck Killer
Fisker Ocean Force-E gets a fresh yet similar look with several off-road modifications. The most significant ones include big knobby tires, scuff plates, and charging sockets for power tools. Additionally, the spare tire is kept on the front hood.
The off-road package also includes a new suspension designed for armored vehicles and extra tow-hooks.
Apart from this, the roof with integrated lights, the sporty front grills, water tank, and other off-road accessories all together give the Force-E a rugged look.
Range And Performance
According to official information, the Fisker Ocean electric SUV has a range of 250-300 miles. However, if equipped with the same battery pack and powertrain, the range of Force-E will be reduced, due to additional weight and bigger tires. In terms of power delivery, the All-Wheel-Drive powertrain can produce more than 300 HP. Furthermore, the car can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 3 seconds. However, as mentioned, Force-E will have more torque.
The price for Fisker Ocean Force E is still vague. Nevertheless, the experts suggest that it would be close to $40,000.
Fisker Inc. said in a press release that its first product, Ocean EV, has already received 22,000 pre-bookings from 116 countries all over the world, most of them from North America.
In contrast, Tesla Cybertruck received more than 500,000 pre-bookings in the first three months. Fisker Inc. is hardly a four-year-old company, therefore the 22,000 pre-bookings are quite impressive. The Force-E off-road SUV is likely to receive a similarly warm reception when its bookings open.
In short, this electric SUV may not have high-end specs like the Cybertruck. Nevertheless, it’s a good option for those looking for a sporty electric truck in the budget.
