Xiaomi has finally launched its much-awaited and hyped Redmi K20 series having two variants – Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. The latter is touted to be the competitor of OnePlus 7 Pro and packs plenty of features at a much lesser price.

Let’s take a look at the specs of Redmi K20 Pro:

Redmi K20 Pro features a 6.39-inches FHD+ AMOLED display with 91.9% screen-to-body ratio. It is the first Redmi device to come with an AMOLED display.

In terms of design, Redmi has used what it calls Aura Prime Design which brings a series of gradient patterns to the back of the smartphone. On the front, there is an edge-to-edge display, thanks to the popup selfie camera.Redmi K20 pro design

When it comes to performance, Redmi K20 Pro packs the latest Snapdragon 855 processor and Adreno 640 GPU. The chipset has been clocked at 2.84 GHz.

Redmi K20 Pro has a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP primary camera (Sony IMX586), an 8MP telephoto lens and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. Additionally, Redmi has integrated Google Lens into the viewfinder.

On the front, the smartphone has a 20MP pop-up selfie camera that could also be used for face-unlock.

To unlock the device, Redmi has also provided in-screen fingerprint sensor for the K20 Pro.

Redmi K20 Pro carries a 4000mAh battery and it also supports 27W SonicCharge but the company is providing an 18W in-box charger with the device.

Other noteworthy features include an 8-layer graphite cooling system, a 2nd generation Game Turbo, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Dual-frequency GPS.

Redmi has strategically priced the device and you can purchase the 6GB+128GB version for INR 27,999. The 8GB+256GB variant is available for INR 30,999.

Redmi K20Xiaomi has also launched Redmi K20 which is a stripped-down version of K20 Pro with the only difference being the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset and internal storage. Redmi K20 has been launched for INR 21,999 for 6GB+ 64GB variant and the high-end 6GB+ 128GB variant is available for INR 23,999.
