PUBG Mobile 'Mad Miramar' Update Is Now Live

Today, PUBG Mobile released the massive 0.18.0 update introducing alterations and improvements in Miramar desert map. In addition to that, the update also brings Cheer Park, a new results page UI, AG currency, and the new Royale Pass for PUBG Mobile Season 13, which will be available from May 13.

The PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 update is approximately 1.8 GB in size for Android, whereas it’s 2.12 GB for iOS. PUBG Mobile servers will not be taken down for the update; however, players at different PUBG Mobile versions will not be able to play together.

PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 Update Brings In A Lot Of New Content

Mad Miramar Map

The best thing about this update is that it brings a revamped version of Miramar, dubbed the Mad Miramar or Miramar 2.0

Along with some fascinating visual changes and vending machines, Mad Miramar adds a couple of new locations on the map, including Oasis, and Urban Ruins. Also, let’s not forget the newly introduced Race Track, which makes riding a lot more fun in Miramar.

Surprisingly, Miramar will now have random sandstorms, which gives the desert map a more of Mad Max feel. Players will have to face one more challenge as they have to run away from these sandstorms in Miramar.

New Weapons In PUBG Mobile Season 13 update

The PUBG Mobile Season 13 update also brings a new weapon for PUBG Mobile players; the P90 SMG gun, which is only available in Arcade mode. Along with that, Win94 now has a 2.7x scope attached to it, but it will only spawn in Miramar 2.0. In addition to that, almost all the weapons in PUBG Mobile can now use Canted Sight, which is a secondary close-range scope.

New Currency In PUBG Mobile: AG (AceGold)

Besides all the new content, PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 update also introduces a brand new in-game currency. Silver rewards in PUBG Mobile are now replaced with a new AG (AceGold) currency. Prices of most items purchasable with UC currency are changed to AG.

Following the update, PUBG Mobile will release more information about upcoming features, including the Jungle Adventure guide and Bluehole mode in EvoGround.
