PUBG Mobile India Series 2019 With 1 Crore Prize Pool Announced


PUBG fans in India, listen up! Here is a chance to put your faith in your squad and flaunt your gaming skills to win one of the most exciting survival tournament.

Tencent has announced PUBG Mobile India Series 2019 tournament with a prize pool of 1 crore for which the registrations are now open and will remain so till January 23. Since there are no limits on registrations, so you don’t have to worry about the number of spots left.

It is the first official open-to-all PUBG Mobile tournament hosted in India and the 1 crore prize pool will consist of cash prizes and phones sponsored by Oppo.

Rules for the PUBG tournament 2019

  • Players with PUBGMobile account above level 20 are eligible to register
  • Squad-only tournament (no solo or duo player matches)
  • Play 15 matches on Erangel map. (From Jan 21 to Jan 27) 10 best matches out of these 15 will be considered for advancing
  • First-Person and Third-Person perspective modes
  • After the Qualifier phase, top 2,000 teams will be selected for the Online Playoffs (Feb 9 to Feb 24)
  • Final 20 teams will participate Grand Finals (On March 10)

PUBG tournament Prize Distribution and awards

The total prize pool of 1 crore will be divided in the following manner:

  • Winning Team: ₹30,00,000
  • Runner-up: ₹10,00,000
  • Third Place: ₹5,00,000
  • Fourth Place: ₹2,00,000
  • Fifth Place: ₹1,50,000 and so on up to the tenth rank

The are many other individual awards for players and teams too who will receive ₹50,000 in the grand finals such as:

  • MVP Award – Player with a maximum number of MVP
  • The Exterminators – Team with maximum kills
  • The Healers – Team with the highest number of revives
  • The Redeemer – Player with the highest amount of health restored
  • The Lone Ranger – Player with the maximum survival time
  • The Rampage Freak – Player for the maximum number of kills in one game
