Netflix’s Peaky Blinders is a top-notch show that is loved by millions. Fans are waiting for the sixth season of the show; however, there’s no release date for the next season just yet. But surprisingly, Peaky Blinders is getting a video game, Peaky Blinders: Mastermind, which is a prequel for the show.

Peaky Blinders: Mastermind is due for release this summer for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch. FuturLab, the studio behind Velocity 2X, developed the game. What’s even more interesting is that Steven Knight, the creator of Peaky Blinders, is also included in this project.

Also, this Peaky Blinders game is marketed as “true to the TV show,” which means you’ll see various familiar locations like The Garrison Tavern, Charlie Strong’s Yard, and Shelby Parlour.

In the game, you can play as different characters from the show, including Tommy, Arthur, Polly, John, Ada, and Finn. Each character has its strength, like Ada’s Distraction, Arthur’s brawling and door kicking, and Tommy’s ability to threaten.

It is a strategy game that forces you to think before acting. Your past actions can ruin your entire strategy. That is why the game allows players to plan activities backward and forward in time. In short, you have to choreograph everything brilliantly to succeed in the game. So, as the title suggests, the game wants you to act like a mastermind.

The Peaky Blinders game is set to release this summer. However, you can wishlist the game on Steam right now.
