OnePlus has officially launched its OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition in an event held at McLaren’s headquarters in the UK. The limited edition smartphone features 10 GB RAM and a new fast-charging technology called Warp Charge 30.

Under its partnership with the British automotive company, the latest 6T edition comes with the McLaren’s iconic “Papaya Orange” colored shade that runs around the bottom edges of the smartphone.

With the new edition of its current flagship, OnePlus has also introduced Warp Charge 30 which is touted to provide you a day’s power with just 20 minutes of charging. In this new and even faster wired charging technology, 30 Watts of power flows through the smartphone while charging.

This new fast-charging technology makes it 38% faster than the company’s proprietary Fast Charging technology.

OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition has been launched with 256 GB of storage and is priced at $699. The price is on a relatively higher end, given OnePlus’ strategy to price their phones aggressively against other flagship Android devices.

The McLaren co-branded smartphone’s accessories are also “Papaya Orange” colored with the orange and black color scheme in USB-C cable and headphone dongle, a McLaren branded case, a piece of carbon fiber from McLaren’s F1 car and a hardcover book highlighting the history of the British automaker.
