Eagerly awaited, Nothing Phone (1) first look has been officially released by the company on Instagram. Carl Pei also uploaded the first look image, and it gives us a glimpse of the design and specifications that we can expect from this Smartphone.
Users were expecting a transparent design like its TWS, but it would not be the case with the Nothing Phone (1) as the first look suggests a semi-transparent design.
Expected design and specifications
The company has only revealed the back panel of the phone as of now. From the first revealed look, we can notice that the phone will have a dual-camera setup on the back panel. Past leaks suggested it would be a transparent design phone, but the official release suggests it is not.
The released white rear panel design also has a flash and a big circle adjacent to the camera setup, which seems to be inspired by the MagSafe on the latest Apple smartphones. As for the specifications, we only know that the Nothing Phone (1) will be fitted with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.
The remaining smartphone specs are still awaited, for which we need to wait until the official launch event on 12th July. Some earlier leaks suggested that the device would come with a 6.55 Inches FHD OLED panel and 90Hz refresh rate.
Also, it is speculated that the primary camera of the Nothing phone (1) will have a 50MP lens, while the front shooter will be 32MP.
We can expect the price of Nothing Phone (1) to be similar to brands like Samsung and OnePlus. The anticipated price of the device is said to be somewhere around 41,500 INR, which roughly sums up to $530. Colour options availability is also not yet revealed by the company.
Nothing Phone (1) will be manufactured locally in India in the Tamil Nadu plant. The Nothing Ear TWS was a success in the market, and the users are optimistic about the company’s first smartphone. Stay tuned with us for updates on Nothing Phone (1).
