After months of rumors, Apple has finally unveiled its new iPad Pro 2018. As speculated, the pro variant of iPad 2018 features a nearly bezel-less design similar to this year’s iPhones and Apple has also parted ways with the iconic Home Button.

Two display sizes are available in the form of 11-inches and 12.9 inches in the iPad and the device is fitted with Liquid Retina Display that is present in iPhone Xr.

Apple has also introduced Face ID in iPad Pro that works in both portrait and landscape mode. Notably, 3.5mm headphone jack is missing from this year’s iPad.

On the inside, iPad Pro 2018 is powered by A12X Bionic which is larger than the A12 bionic that is fitted inside the trio of the iPhones launched this year. A12X is also developed on the 7nm architecture and has 10 billion transistors.

Apple has said that the new iPad Pro offers 2x faster graphics performance owing to its 8-core CPU.

On the connectivity front, the new iPad has ditched the lightning connector and comes with USB-C type port. So now, you can charge your iPhone with your iPad.
