- On consuming the Rare Spicy Fish with a Pepper, the movement speed of your character will increase significantly.
A Reddit user who goes by the name of ‘bigmanhenry‘ conducted a small test. In his video, the character ran from one point to another on the map without any consumables in almost 14 seconds. After consuming the peppers, the character saved about four seconds while covering the same distance.
On consuming both the fish and the pepper, a big difference could be clearly observed in the movement speed of the character. This time he was able to save 7 seconds which made the running speed almost double.
There are other ways to speed up your running speed via Bouncers, Crash Pads, or even the new Marvel skins. However, those can be difficult to find at times so you can always opt for this neat little trick to increase running speed in Fortnite.
